3D2Y: CLUB LOG LEADERBOARD CHALLENGE ---> "As a thanks to the stations who
have helped us to attain our QSO goals, we are announcing the 3D2Y Club Log
Leaderboard Challenge. The objective is simple: work us on as many band
slots as possible!
We will be awarding a personalized bound photo album to the top 5 stations
on the leaderboard on each of the five continents - North America, South
America, Europe, Asia and Oceania. Positions 6 through 50 on each continent
will receive a certificate signed by the team.
We are hopeful that the challenge will add additional excitement and
incentive to work the 3D2Y team. To be eligible, a station must make an
early donor donation, or request a card through OQRS.
We are still working hard to reach our funding raising goals for the
November DXpedition. Please consider supporting the 3D2Y Rotuma DXpedition.
Visit our website for details: https://rotuma2024.com/. All donations are
greatly appreciated".
BOUVET 2026 & PETER I 2027 ---> "The 3Y0K Bouvet 2026 team are still working
on the vessel and helicopter contracts and we are in the final stage before
signing the contracts. We are sorting out the last minute deals and are
still looking for some more operators for Bouvet and Peter I teams. Funding
of these two DXpeditions also heavily depends on us getting a full team of
operators onboard that contribute with their participation fee. Should you
wish to join our team, please contact admin[@]3y0.no or Cezar, VE3LYC.
We estimate to stay around the island for three weeks and the total duration
should be around 38 days to Bouvet and a little bit less to Peter I. We do
have all the helicopter and landing permits issued by NPI to go to onshore
Bouvet and Peter I with a full scale operation. Planning these two DXpedi-
tions is very time consuming where the logistics have to be coordinated with
other expeditions and that is why it takes time to sign contracts. Our plans
are to use the same vessel for both DXpeditions. First the vessel and crew
will take us to Bouvet where we will do landing with a helicopter, then our
equipment will later be shipped to South America and stored there before we
return one year later to go to Peter I Island scheduled for departure late
January 2027. Our plans are to go onshore Peter I with two helicopters first
week of February 2027. This way of running the DXpeditions is a huge
advantage for the #7 most wanted DXpedition to Peter I. Island".

(V26AM, 21 October-1 November). His next planned stops are Sint Maarten
(PJ7/EA8DBM) until 3 November, Stint Eustatius (PJ5/EA8DBM) on 4-9 November,
Saint Martin (FS/EA8DBM) on 10-13 November, Saint Barthelemy (FJ/EA8DBM) on
14-18 November and finally Puerto Rico (KP4/EA8DBM) on 19-24 November. See
